Well-defined procedures, coordinate measuring machines, material and calibration laboratories are important elements in the follow-up and development of production.
Qualified measuring is carried out in climatized measurement rooms. The feedback to each production line is standardized in everyday work. Stable processes Stable processes is an important prerequisite to ensure the right product quality to our customers. Juxiang Production System (JPS) defines and ensures that every part of the manufacturing process is well defined, monitored and improved day by day. Testing Juxiang is conducting and planning introduction of new products and processes with verification tests according to customer demands and requirements according to applicable ISO standards. At each product introduction all production equipment and processes are tested and verified according to defined standard model and verifying that high standards and all requirements are fulfilled before start of serial production.
